At Beachmont Behavioral Health, we believe great work happens when great people work together. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence‑based ABA services that improve lives—while building a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and growth. We take learning seriously, support each other fully, and create leadership opportunities early so our clinicians can thrive.

Position Overview

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking motivated, developing clinicians to join our team as Non‑Certified Middle Tier Supervisors. This role is specifically designed for individuals actively enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field who are pursuing BCBA certification and are eager to receive high‑quality supervision from experienced BCBAs.

This hourly position provides a structured pathway to advanced clinical responsibility, leadership development, and supervised fieldwork while maintaining a strong emphasis on ethical practice, client outcomes, and professional growth.

Why This Role Is Perfect for Graduate Students

  • Direct access to ongoing BCBA supervision aligned with BACB requirements
  • Hands‑on clinical leadership experience beyond the RBT level
  • Intentional mentoring focused on competency development, not just hours
  • Exposure to program development, caregiver collaboration, and staff support
  • A supportive environment that values learning, questions, and professional growth
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist BCBAs with the implementation and oversight of individualized treatment programs
  • Provide clinical support and modeling to direct care staff (e.g., RBTs/Behavior Technicians)
  • Collect, review, and summarize data to support treatment planning decisions
  • Support behavior plan implementation with fidelity across settings
  • Participate in supervision meetings, team trainings, and clinical discussions
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers under BCBA guidance
  • Maintain ethical standards and documentation in accordance with BACB and company policies
Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an MA or MS program in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Actively seeking BCBA or BCaBA certification
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Strong interest in clinical leadership and skill development
  • Excellent communication, organization, and professional judgment
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client‑centered care
What We Offer

  • Hourly compensation with opportunities for increased responsibility and growth
  • High‑quality, individualized BCBA supervision
  • Clear clinical development pathways
  • Supportive, mission‑aligned clinical culture
  • Opportunity to transition into higher‑level roles as certification progresses
Who Thrives in This Role

This role is ideal for graduate students who are eager to move beyond direct implementation and begin developing their clinical voice, leadership skills, and analytic confidence—while still being supported every step of the way.
Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

You are being given the opportunity to provide the following information in order to help us comply with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.

Form CC-305

Expires 4/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.
